Formed in 2010 as a joint venture between Pacific Drilling and Derotech Offshore Services Limited, PIDWAL is the Nigerian operating subsidiary of Pacific Drilling.
By combining the deepwater drilling expertise of Pacific Drilling with the local operational knowledge and experience of Derotech, PIDWAL offers clients in Nigeria the professionalism of a global ultra-deepwater driller and the service and community focus of a local operator. Today, PIDWAL manages the Pacific Bora and the Pacific Scirocco.
