What are the right browser settings/requirements?

This site is best viewed with the following browsers. For Windows, Internet Explorer 6 or greater, Firefox 2.0 or greater. For the Macintosh, only Firefox 2.0 is supported.

This site is best experienced with Adobe Reader 9.0.

Nothing happens when I click View Position Postings, New User Registration, and/or Current User Login?

This site uses pop-ups. If you have a pop-up blocker on your browser enabled, please disable it. Also, these pop-ups will not work if your security settings are set to "High"(for IE8, go to Tools > Internet Options > Security Tab and verify that the Trusted Sites setting is "Medium" or "Medium-High").

The career page freezes and I hear a clicking noise.

This site may freeze if your browser's zoom level is set to anything other than 100%. Setting it to 100% (for IE8, go to Page > Zoom > 100%) will correct the issue.

After completing my Registration and clicking Complete, I received an error message.

The site will time-out if the registration has been inactive for too long. You may want to go back to the website and Click Current User Login as sometimes the settings on your computer may remember your data. Otherwise, you will need to start the application process over again. In rare cases, you may receive an error message that states that “Your e-mail address in already in use” and we ask that you e-mail our technical support address at for assistance.

I do not remember my password.

If you don’t remember your password (or you did not establish one initially), you may simply click Current User Login then click Password Forgotten.

An e-mail containing your password will be sent to the e-mail address that you entered when registering or applying to a position.

I do not remember my username.

If you don’t remember your username (or you did not set one up initially) check the automatically generated confirmation e-mail that would have been sent after you initially registered. This contains your username.

How do I know that I successfully registered as a candidate and/or my application for a position was received?

You will receive a confirmation e-mail sent to the e-mail address that you entered in the registration or application process. If you did not receive a confirmation email, please check your spam filter as it may have been removed from your inbox.
