Responsible Gambling

Gambling is a form of leisure and entertainment. It’s important to know how much time and money you can afford to spend before playing. Ensure that gambling remains a fun activity and doesn’t become problematic.

To avoid gambling issues, consider the following:

  1. Set a Budget: Decide in advance how much money you’re willing to spend.
  2. Accept Losses: Don’t try to recover losses as it may lead to more.
  3. Monitor Your Play: Keep track of how often and how long you play.
  4. Take Breaks: When winning, take occasional breaks and think about when to stop.
  5. Entertainment, Not Income: Gambling should be for fun, not a way to get rich or pay off debts.
  6. Game of Chance: Remember, there are no guaranteed systems or formulas for success.
  7. Emotional State: Avoid gambling when depressed or upset.
  8. Balance Activities: Engage in other activities besides gambling.
  9. Sobriety: Don’t drink or use drugs when gambling.

Deposit Limits

You can set daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits on your account. To set or adjust these limits, contact the casino support team. Note that increasing or removing limits will take effect after 24 hours.

Self-Exclusion

If you believe you have a gambling problem, we offer a self-exclusion option:

  • Cooling Off Periods: From 24 hours to 6 weeks
  • Self-Exclusion: 6 months

Once a self-exclusion request is applied, it cannot be reversed. Carefully consider this option and discuss it with a gambling help group if needed. To initiate a self-exclusion, contact our casino support team and follow up with an email request from your registered email address. Ensure you also self-exclude from other gambling operators where you hold accounts. Submit your comprehensive self-exclusion request to the Commission at gamingcommission.ca.

Quatro Casino reserves the right to close your account permanently if it’s deemed unhealthy to reopen it. We may also initiate an exclusion if we believe the account holder has a gambling problem or if it’s in the best interest of the player and the casino.

Casino Limitations and Minor Policy

Quatro Casino is only available to individuals older than 19 years, or the legal age in their jurisdiction, whichever is greater. Minors are strictly prohibited from playing. Any play by an ineligible person will be void, including any winnings. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time to enforce this policy.
